Orders
An order is not binding upon GISNuts.com until it is accepted. GISNuts.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customers can make payment by credit card or some other method prearranged with GISNuts.com.
The customer pays return shipping on all services. GISNuts.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
GISNuts.com accepts the following payment methods:

• Pre-paid company check, personal check, cashier's check, or money order (Note: All prepaid orders, including cashier's checks, take longer to process because all checks must first clear with the bank due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)
• No purchase orders, fax, or C.O.D. orders please. Please accept our apologies but we do not accept international credit cards at this time.
GISNuts.com offers the following shipping methods:
• USPS Express Mail - Delivered by 3 PM the next business day plus 1-2 days processing time
• USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 business days plus 1-2 days processing time
• USPS Parcel Post - 2 to 9 business days plus 1-2 days processing time
• FedEx Standard Overnight – Delivered by 3 PM the next business day plus 1-2 days processing time
• FedEx 2Day - 2 business days plus 1-2 days processing time
• FedEx Express Saver – 3 business days plus 1-2 days processing time
• FedEx Ground Service – 1 to 5 business days based upon distance to destination plus 1-2 days processing time; 3 to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii
• FedEx Home Delivery - 1 to 5 business days based upon distance to destination plus 1-2 days processing time; 3 to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii; delivery may be customized to suit residential customer
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within Louisiana will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Item Inspection
At GISNuts.com, we strive to ship only quality products. Each item is inspected before shipment. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item, please contact us at our toll free number or by e-mail at

Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We aim to make sure that all orders remain in stock, and we do not purposefully sell out of stock items. In the event that an item is out of stock, you will receive an email giving you the option to cancel or change your order. Out of stock items require an additional week for processing. GISNuts.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Order Status
GISNuts.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check your order status on our website if you have chosen to create an account with us.
